Refund policy

Please take the time to choose your items carefully. If you would like to return them, or exchange them for a different size, you may deliver them to us within 14 days after purchase. Please note you are liable for these additional delivery costs. The product(s) being returned must be retained in the original packaging and not have been worn or used. We will only exchange products that are returned in the same condition they were received in. 

Please send products back to - Unit B 27 Acute  Road Bluff Durban 4052 for CARMEN DU PLOOY 0788026660 and inside your package please place the your details. We will then credit you to purchase something else on our estore.
